As the holidays approach and 2016 comes to a close, StoreTech+co is thankful for the numerous exciting projects that we have had the pleasure of completing. We have had the privilege to design and build projects ranging from retail stores to restaurants, and from hotels to dental offices. Starting in our South Florida backyard, our work with clients has taken us from Miami to Orlando, from New York to Austin, Texas, and even to the Grand Cayman. Following are a few highlights from our recent projects.

High-End Boutiques
Eileen Fisher
High-end retail client Eileen Fisher selected StoreTech+co to design and build out a 5,500 square feet shell in Boca Raton to become a beautiful, new, corporate store. This project required clear, consistent communication as 12 retail spaces were under construction simultaneously by different companies. Working closely with the client, StoreTech+co's project manager and job superintendent skillfully managed the changes in scheduling caused by Hurricane Matthew. In addition, we successfully worked with our client when they needed to tweak the project. We are in the homestretch --and we can’t wait to shop in this retail store!

Intermix
Exclusive clothing boutique, Intermix, selected StoreTech+co to complete the interior build-out at their newest location in the exclusive Brickell City Center -- an open-air luxury shopping center surrounded by over 50 highly sought-after brands. Working closely with the client and other service providers, StoreTech+co successfully worked through several logistical challenges ranging from permitting to parking and deliveries, all while staying within the strict Brickell parameters. The store has opened to rave reviews from the both the staff and public.

Retail
Old Navy
StoreTech+co was chosen by Gap, Inc.'s Old Navy to complete the interior store build-out at the Tanger Outlet, Daytona Beach. From floors to ceilings, fire safety to air conditioning, and electrical to plumbing, StoreTech+co has successfully completed another Old Navy design and build project on time and on budget.

Restaurants
Boon's Asian Bistro 
Working with the owner's representative, StoreTech+co designed the unique interior, facilitated sourcing, and are building custom pieces in StoreTech+co's 20,000 square feet mill shop for Boon's Asian Bistro in Delray Beach, Florida. Our management, staff and team of subs are in the process of building out the restaurant for an early 2017 opening.

Juice Kitchen
After a successful renovation of Red Ginger Asian Bistro in Coral Springs, Florida, StoreTech+co was tapped to design, build, source equipment, and create customized pieces for the owner's newest business venture, Juice Kitchen. Our team at StoreTech+co enjoys developing strong relationships with our clients, and through the years, our clients become like family.

Medical and Dental
Heartland Dental
StoreTech+co is proud to have been selected by Heartland Dental once again to work on several design and build construction projects throughout the state of Florida. In Clermont, we worked closely with the client to design and construct all aspects of a dental office.  In Orlando, StoreTech+co demolished an existing building and built a large office facility. In Royal Palm Beach, we built a state-of-the-art dental office from a generic building shell.
